TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. General
The online store enables the purchase of bags and accessories. By using the website, the user confirms that they agree with the terms of business.
2. Prices
All prices are in EUR. Prices may change without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of order is final.
3. Order
The order is confirmed when the customer receives a confirmation email. The operator reserves the right to reject an order if the data is incomplete or there is suspicion of abuse.
4. Payment Methods
- Card payment (via external payment provider)

- Cash on delivery (if enabled)
The company does not store credit card data.
5. Delivery
Delivery is carried out by contractual partners (GLS, DPD, Pošta Slovenije or others). Standard delivery time: 2-7 days.
6. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
The customer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason. The product must be in original condition and undamaged.
The customer covers the return costs. We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the return.
7. Complaints
If the product is damaged or incorrect, the customer contacts: info@toal.si and attaches a description and photos. We resolve complaints as soon as possible.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for errors in website operation, incorrect data, or temporary unavailability. Product images are symbolic.
9. Law and Jurisdiction
For disputes, the courts of the Republic of Slovenia have jurisdiction.
